Working under the supervision of licensed attorneys, the Paralegal will assist with matters including Section 337 investigations, U.S. federal intellectual property litigation, and major Amazon intellectual property disputes. Responsibilities The Paralegal will provide day-to-day legal and case support under the supervision of licensed attorneys, including:
  • Managing case files, documents, and supporting materials;
  • Assisting with court filings, deadlines, docketing, and case calendars;
  • Conducting factual research and organizing evidence and other case materials;
  • Preparing routine correspondence, client materials, and case updates for attorney review;
  • Assisting with discovery, document production, and other litigation-related tasks; and
  • Providing general legal and case support to attorneys as needed. The Paralegal will report to the President & Managing Attorney or a designated supervising attorney. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Must meet the applicable paralegal qualification requirements under California Business and Professions Code Section 6450;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively with attorneys and other team members; and
  • Chinese language proficiency is preferred, but not required. What We Offer

Compensation Salary Range:
