Full Job Description About Us:

Kligler Law is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our fun and dynamic team! What You'll Do:

Handle administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly, including data entry and retrieval, generating letters/legal documents, answering phones, court filing, and coordinating and scheduling hearings. Utilize case management system for daily tasks. Maintain case files and manage communications with clients and courts. Support attorneys with case management.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and great organization skills. Excellent verbal communication. Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
