Job Description

Job Overview We are a plaintiffs' personal injury law firm currently seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal with at least 2 years' experience in personal injury to join our firm. This role involves attention to detail and extensive contact with clients, claims adjusters, and medical offices. Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the attorneys. Answering phone calls and conducting initial client intake interviews. Requesting and reviewing medical records and bills. Communicating with clients and claims adjusters. Drafting correspondence and transmittal letters. Updating the office calendar. Qualifications Proven experience in a legal administrative role at a personal injury law firm. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
