Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation files and maintain accurate case records, deadlines, and supporting documentation throughout each matter.
• Coordinate discovery activities by organizing documents, preparing responses, and tracking production requirements in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation by compiling exhibits, preparing case materials, and ensuring attorneys have the information needed for hearings and court proceedings.
• Draft, format, and review legal documents, correspondence, and filing materials related to civil litigation matters.
• Use case management software to update matter status, monitor key dates, and support efficient workflow across active cases.
• Conduct factual research and gather records to support legal strategy, motion practice, and overall case development.
• Communicate with attorneys, court personnel, clients, and external parties to facilitate timely follow-up and case progression.
