We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the legal department.Duties:
Document Management:
Organize and maintain legal documents using document management systems.Drafting Documents:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence.Legal Research:
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.Legal Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.Legal Case Management:
Assist in organizing and managing legal case files.Litigation Support:
Provide support during litigation processes.Project Management:
Assist in managing legal projects from inception to completion.Data Entry:
Accurately input and update data into legal databases.File Maintenance:
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files efficiently.- Make outbound calls to acquire information from cients.
- Answer telephone and respond to client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a legal assistant or related role.
- Proficiency in document management systems and legal software.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay:
