Lexington, OHWhat You'll DoLead and grow a world-class Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) team, partnering with plant leadership to drive world-class performance.

You will:

Coach and develop EH&S team members while collaborating with leaders at every level, from senior leadership to front-line employeesTrack key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement efforts across the business unitBuild EH&S strategies that align with corporate goals and reduce operational riskEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local EH&S regulations through strong processes and accurate reportingConduct regular observations, inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and eliminate workplace hazardsManage hazardous chemicals and lead efforts to prevent environmental pollutionOversee regulatory documentation, recordkeeping, and permitting to meet all deadlinesLead incident response and investigation, driving corrective and preventive actions through practical engineering solutionsOversee workplace injury cases in line with workers' compensation practices and the transitional return-to-work programDeliver EH&S training, including new hire orientation and contractor communication

What Youll BringEssential Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree; preferably in EH&S, or related field. Masters degree in EH&S a plus10+ years experience in safety management role.

Comprehensive knowledge of

OSHA, EPA

Regulations, DOT Regulations and Management Systems. Experience with Process Safety and Risk Management programs.

Experience developing, managing, and implementing workers compensation claims management programsExperience leading/coaching teams in the improvement of business processes and operational performance.
