- Position Summary
- This role supports both the Elgin and Huntley facilities in partnership with a Safety counterpart who also oversees both locations. While responsible for a broad range of EHS activities, this position has a
- strong environmental focus
- , serving as the primary resource for environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, waste management, air and water permitting, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
Wage:
$80,000 - $95,000- Essential Duties and Tasks
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
- Qualifications, Education and Experience
- + BS required in a related field + Certifications required/preferred include Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Safety Professional (ASP/CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) + 6-8 years' experience in a related field + This position has no leadership duties, but is a subject matter in a particular field.
