Habitec Security is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Alarm Dispatch Operator to join our team in Holland, Ohio. Position Summary Alarm Dispatch Operators are responsible for monitoring and responding to residential and commercial alarm signals from Habitec customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responding promptly to burglary, fire, medical, and other alarm signals Contacting customers in a professional and reassuring manner Dispatching police, fire, or medical authorities when required Accurately documenting alarm events Assisting customers with basic alarm system troubleshooting Working with Habitec field technicians to test alarm signals and verify proper system operation Handling multiple phone lines and data entry simultaneously Providing excellent customer service during every interaction No alarm industry experience is required. We provide thorough, hands-on training. There are opportunities to advance quickly into additional responsibilities with increased compensation. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong typing and computer skills Comfortable learning and using new technology Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Dependable attendance, punctuality, and transportation Interest in long-term employment and career growth Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred, but not required Pre-Hire Screening Candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
