Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas. Auto body technician/ detailer usually transitions well in this area. Requirements:

18 years or older due to hours of work Able to handle a fast-paced, production environment while maintaining both quality and safety. Minimum 1 year experience required; preferably in the marine industry. You will be patching and fixing imperfections with fiberglass boats. Sanding and polishing may be required. Job Type:

These are full-time positions with overtime likely. Monday through Thursday 5AM - 3:45PM.

Salary:

Starting pay is $16.25 per hour.
