The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas. Auto body technician/ detailer usually transitions well in this area. Requirements:

18 years or older due to hours of work Able to handle a fast-paced, production environment while maintaining both quality and safety. Minimum 1 year experience required; preferably in the marine industry. You will be patching and fixing imperfections with fiberglass boats. Sanding and polishing may be required. Job Type:

These are full-time positions with overtime likely. Monday through Thursday 5AM - 3:45PM.

Salary:

Starting pay is $16.25 per hour.
