Overview Experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic Distler's Automotive Repair, Inc. is looking for an experienced, dependable, all-around automotive technician/mechanic to join our team in Shiloh, Illinois. We are a stable, established, family-owned automotive repair business serving the community for more than 50 years. We offer a comfortable, air-conditioned shop, a Monday-Friday schedule, and no weekends.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of vehicles Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, electrical, and general mechanical repairs Accurately identify needed repairs and complete quality work Communicate clearly with the service team Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience Must provide your own tools Valid driver's license and good driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly team bonus based on overall shop sales, paid in addition to regular hourly wages
