Experienced Automotive Technician
Job Description
Overview Distler's Automotive Repair is looking for an experienced, dependable Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a family-owned and operated business that has served the Shiloh area for more than 50 years. We offer steady year-round work in a clean, air-conditioned shop with a Monday-through-Friday schedule—no weekends.

Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide variety of vehicles Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, electrical and general mechanical repairs Accurately identify needed repairs and complete quality work Communicate clearly with the service team Maintain a clean and safe work areaQualifications:
At least three years of professional automotive repair experience Must provide your own tools Valid driver's license and good driving record ASE certification preferred but not required Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Dependable, professional and committed to quality workmanship This is a full-time position with hourly pay based on experience, plus a monthly team bonus based on overall shop sales. The bonus is paid in addition to regular hourly wages. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become a long-term member of our team.Pay:
