Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive systems, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly. Repair and replace powertrain components including transmissions and engines with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical repairs, and other technical tasks. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Skills Proven dealership experience with Kia or similar brands is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, powertrain systems, transmissions, and engine repair. Familiarity with auto warranty procedures is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair machinery safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused attitude to deliver outstanding service experiences.
