Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Greet guests entering the Service Drive Promote smooth, efficient vehicle flow in the Service Drive and dealership lot. Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles. Direct guests to appropriate personnel as needed. Assist the Service and Sales Departments with other duties and tasks as assigned by management. Keep dealership lot neat and orderly. Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Complies with all MetroWest Hyundai attendance policies. Will need to pick up vehicles from customer's home for service and return them after service is complete.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and 5 years of driving record experience. Possesses excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration, and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Completes assignments in a timely manner. Maintains a professional appearance. Able to pass background and drug screenings. Customer service experience a plus
