Job Description
Overall Summary As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Education High School Experience 1-3 years Additional Information High volume Service Department that is growing. We need energetic employees that are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Xtime and Reynolds experience preferred but will train the right candidate Aggressive pay plan can earn you top $$$$
