Bear Staffing is hiring a dependable Temporary Fence Installer / Driver for an outdoor, physical role. You'll work in a small crew installing and removing temporary fencing on construction and event sites. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities
Install, remove, and repair temporary fencing
Set posts using a post-pounder (no concrete)
Place panels, gates, stands, and sandbags
Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
Keep job sites clean and safe
Work as part of a small crew
Optional:
Drive non-CDL flatbed trucks
Optional (lead-level): Communicate with customers on site measurements or changes Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors all day
Reliable with 6:00 AM start times
Team-oriented attitude
Valid Driver's License (required for driving roles)
Clean MVR preferred Preferred Background
Temporary fence installation
Construction, landscaping, concrete, utilities, or similar physical labor
