The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of residential swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. As a Pool Technician, you will ensure that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Duties Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Inspect pool equipment for functionality and perform simple equipment replacements. Maintain accurate records via company phone & app of service performed on each pool. Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs needed, and any additional services offered. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in and around pools. Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients. Experience Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment is a great quality. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
