Property Maintenance Handyman Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Handyman to join our team at Absolute Property Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience with various handyman tasks, including repairs, installations, and general property upkeep. You must possess a valid driver's license, have your own vehicle and tools, and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, landscaping, clean-ups, and appliance installation. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and completion. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in property maintenance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Own vehicle and necessary tools for various maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Requirements:
