In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of hotel systems and equipment, ensuring safety, comfort, and operational excellence. Your proactive approach and technical skills will contribute to a welcoming environment that guests love and staff rely on. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance talents in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Support and assist maintenance supervisor. Supervise or assist with subcontractors or team members during complex repairs or projects, demonstrating leadership and ensuring safety compliance. Customer service skills that enable positive interactions with guests and staff alike. Respond promptly to guest requests or urgent facility issues with professionalism and customer service focus. Coordinate basic guestroom remodeling (flooring, drywall repair, sanding, patching, ceiling repair, painting) Complete day-to-day basic hotel job tasks (lighting, electrical, remotes, plumbing, etc, etc)
