Job Description

Job Overview Immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Ponce Inlet, FL for our 96-unit property. The maintenance technician is part of a team of 3, responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects. This position requires interaction with the Community Association Manager, owners, vendors, and guests. General Maintenance/Janitorial duties include but not limited to:
  • General building and property maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing
  • Landscaping
  • Able to troubleshoot basic problems on equipment
  • Knowledge of sprinkler systems.
  • Inspect grounds for trash and debris and clean as needed.
  • Paint and repair structures
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep property working and looking nice
  • Observe and monitor cleanliness and upkeep of common property.
  • Respond to emergencies in a professional manner.
  • Keep Manager advised of janitorial and maintenance needs.
  • Anticipate janitorial and maintenance problems.
Safety and Compliance Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel and bend for up to (6) hours per day.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in all kinds of weather.

Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and insurance.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Pool Certification a plus, but not necessary.
