Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a variety of residential properties. Responsibilities Collect bagged trash from designated bins, on scheduled service days Transport waste to on-site compactors and keep enclosures clean and secured Report improperly disposed items, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor Follow each association's service times, rules. Perform light common-area cleanup (blowing walkways, spot-cleaning spills) as assigned Log completed work orders in MaintainX Maintain a professional, courteous presence with residents and guests Working on Saturday and some holiday coverage is required. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports to track equipment status and compliance. Collaborate with team members to lead small repair projects and share technical knowledge for continuous improvement. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to uphold safety standards and operational continuity. Skills Ability to operate machinery needed to complete general maintenance repair Ability to communicate supply needs, usage, and job effort in writing Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnosing issues accurately. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
