SNS Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of interior remodeling, including kitchens, baths, trim, light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Install kitchen cabinets. Tile shower surrounds and kitchen backsplash Install faucets and toilets. Install light fixtures, ceiling fans and outlet/switches. Drywall - patch, replace, mud and texture big or small areas. Hang and install trim, including doors and closets. Communicate to the Property Manager the scope of work, timeline, and project needs/challenges. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Other duties as assigned. Keep track of inventory Order materials Qualifications Experience in all areas of apartment remodeling Able to lift 50+ pounds. Able to be standing and walking most of the day Own a vehicle and basic tools. WhatsApp - Will be used during work ( Mobile app) Solid work ethic Positive attitude Manage time wisely.
