No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and failures on the plant floor Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment safely and thoroughly Share knowledge with maintenance team members and support SQF, Lean, RBS, and MOS programs Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders Utilize the MP2 computerized maintenance work order system to track and manage tasks Perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs Work in varying temperatures and tolerate exposure to packaging materials, raw ingredients, cleaning chemicals, and lubricants The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeworking up to 5 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekendsSkillsMechanical MaintenanceBlueprintsElectricalIndustrialBlueprint ReadingGeneral MaintenanceMaintenanceInspectionElectrical MaintenanceQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: Entry LevelRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
