Electro-Mechanical Production Technician We're seeking a hands-on technician with a strong electrical background to support the assembly and production of advanced battery energy storage systems. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with automated equipment, troubleshooting electrical issues, and playing an active role in a growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates coming from maintenance, automation, industrial electrical, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical backgrounds who enjoy both production and problem-solving.

00/hr What You'll Do Assemble battery energy storage systems using engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Perform electrical wiring, cabling, grounding, and terminal connections Operate and monitor automated assembly equipment to ensure smooth production Troubleshoot equipment, electrical, and process-related issues Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment Support system testing, commissioning, validation, and quality checks Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S, EHS, and battery safety standards Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and improve performance What We're Looking For Strong electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working on manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, conveyors, robotics, or industrial systems Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings Experience performing preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Mechanical assembly experience is a plus Technical school, trade school, military electrical training, or maintenance background highly preferred Ideal Backgrounds Maintenance Technician Industrial Maintenance Technician Electrical Maintenance Technician Automation Technician Electro-Mechanical Technician Manufacturing Technician Field Service Technician Mechatronics Technician Industrial Electrician Production Technician with strong troubleshooting experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts Lift up to 60 lbs as needed Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why this role?
