AB_5033141 Randstad is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Technician II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant machinery to meet Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets. You will perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex system failures, execute equipment changeovers, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year shift: Second work hours: 4 PM - 12:30 AM education:
High School Responsibilities Safety:
Follow Lockout/Tagout rules, wear proper protective gear, and use power tools safely.
Maintenance:
Install and repair equipment, evaluate production reports, and address machine inefficiencies.
Quality & Sanitation:
Follow good manufacturing practices and clean equipment after repairs.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, plus technical certifications or training for industrial equipment.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical) for Level I positions. Level II roles require 5 years of advanced experience.
Skills:
