Summary To oversee the general upkeep of the building, infrastructure, and company vehicles. Responsibilities Primary Vehicle mechanics and parts replacements. Light to heavy industrial building maintenance. Light to moderate industrial plumbing. Industrial preventative maintenance. Light to heavy industrial painting Secondary Conduct facility audits, documenting all issues found at the facility. Assist in contacting vendors for general repairs. Help develop more effective maintenance procedures. Maintain work order systems. Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition. Tertiary Implement workplace safety policies and standards. Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Ability to communicate effectively with external customers and internal departments. Skills in organizing and prioritizing work activities. Ability to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to use hand tools.
