Responsibilities:
Maintenance Technician Needed! When the equipment goes down, everyone is counting on Maintenance to get it back up and running. Real Alloy is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our expereinced team in Post Falls , ID. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical hands on role in keeping our aluminum recycling operation safe, reliable, and productive. This isn't a desk job, You'll work directly with industrial equipment, troubleshoot problems, make repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and help identify ways to keep equipment running better and longer. The schedule is a 5 day work week M-F 7am-3pm. Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required at times. $30-32 per hour pay rate which is determined by skill level and capabilities. Real Alloy has a great benefits package that starts within 30 days of your starting date. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician that can do the following: Support daily plant operations by responding to machinery issues and minimizing production downtime Inspect, service, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial systems and equipment Utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge to identify equipment failures and determine the appropriate repair Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components to restore equipment to proper operating condition Safely operate, ispect, and maintain mobile equipment reference technical documentation, equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics when troubleshooting or completing repairs Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies
