Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on systems to ensure optimal operation. Light landscaping duties. Pool cleaning and chemical tracking/ adjusting. Troubleshoot and repair issues. Read and interpret technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems. Conduct residential painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and other general maintenance tasks to uphold property standards. Assist with facilities maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or maintenance emergencies with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role within the hospitality or manufacturing industry. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately. Ability to read and document pool chemicals. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective collaboration across departments. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
