Job Description
Description At Monarch, it's all about people. Our residents depend on us to be observant and quick to respond to their needs. Interested in maintenance? We're looking to train our next Maintenance Technician to join our team at Seasons on Chelsea Apartments in Fort Mitchell, KY. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer:
- $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
- PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
- Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!

- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- 40 hours per week
