A Building Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs general maintenance/repairs to building, grounds, equipment.
• Carrys out established preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

• Qualified individuals should have 2 years of general construction experience.
• Carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid drivers' license with the ability to drive company vehicles.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods.
• Must be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks .
