Fourchon, LA Position Overview:
A Building Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.Key Responsibilities:
- Performs general maintenance/repairs to building, grounds, equipment.
- Carrys out established preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
- Qualified individuals should have 2 years of general construction experience.
- Carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical experience is a plus.
- Must have a valid drivers' license with the ability to drive company vehicles.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods.
- Must be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks .
