You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, respond to tenant service requests, and ensure facilities meet safety and compliance standards. Collaborating with property and facility managers, you'll coordinate vendors, maintain accurate work orders and logs, and support energy-efficient, sustainable operations while delivering responsive, client-focused service in a performance-driven environment.
