This is a hands-on opportunity with an established food production facility that runs a tight, well-maintained operation. You'll keep production machinery running safely and efficiently, with real ownership over preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, not just work orders. What you'll earn $30.00 per hour with overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Comprehensive benefits package The work Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment Diagnose and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and packaging machinery Work with PLCs, VFD drives, relays, fuse boxes, and HMIs to resolve faults Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery to restore operational condition Maintain maintenance records and work orders using CMMS Follow food safety, hygiene, and lockout/tagout procedures Partner with production and sanitation teams to reduce downtime Who we're looking for 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in food or beverage manufacturing Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Proven troubleshooting experience with PLCs, VFDs, relays, and HMIs Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently or on a team This role is moving fast and will be filled quickly.
