This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and helping keep production running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Install, repair, and replace machine components as needed Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects Maintain maintenance records and repair documentation Follow all safety procedures and support a safe work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
