Maintenance Specialist (Direct Hire) Coldwater, MI 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM $29.25 - $35.00/hr Direct Hire | Full-Time | Long-Term Career Opportunity Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & Prescription Coverage 401(k) with Company Match (100% match on the first 4%, plus 50% match on the next 2%) Vacation accrual begins immediately upon hire 10 vacation days annually after one year of service Approximately 8 paid holidays per year Approximately 8 paid shutdown days per year 100% company-paid uniforms Free gym memberships through participating facilities Annual safety shoe reimbursement We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Specialist to support a growing manufacturing operation in Coldwater, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and helping keep production running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Install, repair, and replace machine components as needed Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects Maintain maintenance records and repair documentation Follow all safety procedures and support a safe work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
