Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building interior systems including electrical equipment repair, plumbing, HVAC systems, and facilities equipment maintenance. Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively. Maintain building interiors through painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and other maintenance painting tasks to uphold safety standards and aesthetic appeal. Repair and service plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage to ensure optimal operation. Maintain grounds by performing landscaping tasks, groundskeeping duties, and ensuring outdoor areas are safe and visually appealing. Follow safety protocols while working with electrical equipment or during welding activities; document repairs and inspections accurately. Support leadership in training or mentoring team members on maintenance procedures or safety practices as needed. Read schematics for electrical wiring or mechanical systems to diagnose issues quickly and accurately. Assist with building interior maintenance including HVAC system repair, electrical work, plumbing repairs, and general facilities upkeep. Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing system maintenance and repair, HVAC system repair, welding, carpentry, or related trades. Familiarity with schematics for electrical or mechanical systems; ability to interpret technical diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other diagnostic tools. Knowledge of facilities equipment maintenance procedures including HVAC systems, electrical equipment repair, plumbing systems, and building interior upkeep. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to perform maintenance painting tasks confidently. Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and effective teamwork; customer service orientation is a plus. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Pay:
