Every repair you make helps create a great experience for every guest who walks through our doors What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike, but your work may include: Responding quickly to guest maintenance requests. Performing preventative maintenance throughout the hotel. Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Completing repairs in guest rooms and public spaces. Performing painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Maintaining pools, fitness equipment, and hotel systems as needed. Identifying potential issues before they become guest problems. Working safely while keeping work areas clean and organized. Partnering with every department to help the hotel operate at its very best. What We're Looking For Technical skills matter. Your attitude matters even more. Experience in hotel maintenance is helpful, but we also welcome candidates with experience in construction, skilled trades, facilities maintenance, property management, manufacturing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance. Qualifications At least 18 years old Valid driver's license preferred General maintenance experience preferred Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Most importantly...
