Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This candidate must have a positive attitude and interest in working with all types of people including the elderly. The Maintenance Technician will participate in a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks to maintain and repair our apartments, houses, equipment and property. Must have a valid drivers license and experience with plowing and snow removal. Must be available to be on- call for emergency repair or other circumstances on a rotating basis with other maintenance staff.
