We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment. From routine repairs to emergency calls, you will be the go to person for all things maintenance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Completing work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Performing preventative maintenance. Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance issues. Assisting with apartment turn-overs, including light carpentry. Rotating on call responsibilities for after hour emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a residential or multi-family setting. (3 years) Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. If you are a hands on problem-solver who takes pride in their work, we want to hear from you!
