We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment. From routine repairs to emergency calls, you will be the go to person for all things maintenance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Completing work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Performing preventative maintenance. Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance issues. Assisting with apartment turn-overs, including light carpentry. Rotating on call responsibilities for after hour emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a residential or multi-family setting. (3 years) Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Strong communication and customer service skills.
