In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of maintenance needs to keep our apartment community operations running smoothly. Your maintenance experience and proactive approach will contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports our community. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance at our apartment homes Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units, plumbing and electrical, Conduct repairs on various equipment including motors, pumps, compressors, and electrical systems with precision and efficiency Apartment unit work orders and turns Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance and facilitate future servicing Respond promptly to equipment failures or system malfunctions to minimize downtime and operational disruptions respond to emergency on calls promptly and efficiently
