Monday-Friday Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Maintenance Technician to support a thriving apartment community in O'Fallon, MO. If you have strong HVAC skills, apartment maintenance experience, and take pride in providing excellent resident service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Certification Required)
Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs
Complete painting, touch-up, and unit refresh projects as needed
Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Respond to resident maintenance requests with a professional and customer-focused attitude
Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
EPA or HVAC Certification Required
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Painting experience required
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Must have reliable transportation
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
