Find & Apply For Building and General Maintenance Technician Jobs in Richmond Heights, Missouri

Overview Job entails both routine maintenance as well as apartment remodeling. Typical work might include fixing a dripping faucet, painting an apartment unit as well as plaster patching, installing a kitchen floor, bath accessories, ceiling fan/light fixture, tub surround, also cleaning, light hauling, sanding or buffing a hardwood floor, or assisting if you are inexperienced, replacing faucets, light carpentry, or more if are skilled-such as installing kitchen cabinets, installing engineered flooring, or hardwood flooring. I typically outsource Hvac, major electrical, roofing, drain cleaning, and sometimes wall tile work. Drywall taping experience is great too or it can be outsourced. The more skilled and fast you are the more you can make.

If you specialize in anything then that can be made to be more of your focus.

Some skill training is to be expected but great if you already know how. Year round work-not seasonal.
