Overview Job entails both routine maintenance as well as apartment remodeling. I typically outsource Hvac, major electrical, roofing, drain cleaning, and sometimes wall tile work. Drywall taping experience is great too or it can be outsourced. The more skilled and fast you are the more you can make.

Some skill training is to be expected but great if you already know how. Year round work-not seasonal.

Pay:

$15.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
