You will help install residential and commercial fencing throughout the Omaha metro area and surrounding communities. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that includes material handling, post installation, concrete work, jobsite preparation, and fence assembly. Previous construction or fencing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who show up consistently, work safely, and take pride in their work. Responsibilities Install wood, vinyl, ornamental aluminum, steel, and chain-link fencing. Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment. Dig holes, set posts, mix and place concrete, and assemble fence sections. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, post drivers, skid loaders, and other construction equipment. Measure and lay out fence lines according to plans and jobsite requirements. Assist with gates, hardware, railing, and other related structures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Follow all Quality Fence safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and other team members. Complete assigned work efficiently while meeting Quality Fence quality standards. Help care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Qualifications Previous fencing, construction, carpentry, concrete, landscaping, or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and other changing weather conditions. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Ability to read measurements and follow installation plans. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a crew. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
