Pay rate:

$27-$30/hr, depending on experience. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the properties. This position does require travel between locations in a company vehicle. This is a full time position, weekdays and weekends as required.

Position Responsibilities:

Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs Gasoline island repairs (training provided) Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture Snow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills /

Abilities:

Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration Ability to work independently Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to read and write repair orders Ability to provide positive customer service experience Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers. Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building Common Man Roadside offers UnCommon Perks and Benefits!
