Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, ensuring that our high end clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Duties Perform pool opening, closing, routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks. Inspect pool equipment for functionality and safety; conduct necessary repairs or replacements. Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels to ensure safe swimming conditions. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Educate clients on proper pool care techniques and maintenance schedules. Skills Proven experience as a service technician in the pool industry or related field. Strong knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
