Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Pool Technician Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our Technician with openings, closings, cleanings, maintenance, and repair of residential swimming pools. This role requires willingness to learn, reliability, attention to detail, and work outdoors rain or shine 6 days a week in May, June, September and October, 5 days a week June through August. Opportunities are available to become a lead technician for the right individual. Season runs from April through October. Duties Assist Technician with pool openings and closings such as removing/installing pool safety covers, lower/raise cover deck anchors, removing/installing winter plugs, installing/removing pool ladders and handrails, adding chemicals to pool water, etc. Clean up Jobsite and keep service van clean and organized Assist Technician with regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Learn to monitor chemical levels in pools and adjust as needed to maintain safe water quality. Learn how to provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their pool needs. Experience Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with mechanical systems related to pools is advantageous.
