Suburban Management is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our apartment communities safe, comfortable, clean, and running at their best. What You'll Be Doing Every day is a little different. You'll be handling a variety of maintenance needs, including:

• Responding to resident maintenance requests and completing work orders
• Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Basic electrical repairs
• Drywall repair, painting, patching, and general carpentry
• Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
• HVAC troubleshooting and basic maintenance
• Preventative maintenance
• Inspecting apartments, common areas, mechanical rooms, and grounds
• Helping maintain the overall appearance and condition of our communities
• Working with the Maintenance Manager and property management team to prioritize work
• Occasionally responding to emergency maintenance situations We're Looking for Someone Who More than anything, we want the right attitude.

• Experienced in apartment maintenance, residential construction, facilities maintenance, or a related field You don't have to know everything.
