We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Monteferro USA located in Euclid, Ohio for our Monday to Friday Day Shift 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The position may move to 2nd shift 2:30 to 11:00 in future. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules and checklists
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and make necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Install new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation (HIPPO Maintenance Program).
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, CNC machines.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial automation.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
